10% Charge on all returned merchandise. All returns must be accompanied by sales receipt. All returns must be made within 5 days of purchase. No returns on custom orders or wood fences or wood materials.
All cancellations subject to 5% cancellation fee. All refunds will be paid by check and sent within 2 weeks of date of return or cancellation. Please retain a copy of all your transactions. We take deposits, progress payments, and final payments on jobs installed or materials ordered. Your credit card will be charged at the time you make each of these payments. We do not make progress payments or final payments using your credit card account. You must make these payments yourself.
